At 3:35 PM. on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 I sold both Steinberger Legend guitars to a man from Lexington, Massachussetts. The transaction occurred in the parking lot of the Citizens Bank at 146 Fox Hunt Drive, Bear, Delaware 19701.

741 days later, On Tuesday, October 24, 2006 I sold both Steinberger guitars to a new friend of mine in Lexington, Massachusetts. The effort to sell these instruments required almost four years (1,461 days.) of maintaining a high profile on the Internet. I sold the guitars to a new friend by the name of Glen....

We (Glen and I.) lost none of the cash that was used in this transaction to eBay or PayPal!

The guitar case was custom built for me in Oklahoma. It has been fitted with two pockets that super protect these guitars with lots 'n' lots of foam and black velvet in a road case with a black formica exterior and extruded aluminium molding, a piano hinge, and two precision draw pull fasteners.

I also have the unused Steinberger zipper bag cases "Gig bags" that the guitars were in when I bought the guitars in 1985 and 1987.

The Black Steinberger GL2-TA serial #: 2814 has a voice like a Gibson Les Paul, and the neck has the feel and shape of the Gibson guitar as well.

The White Steinberger GL4TA-GR/W Guitar serial #: 4468 has a Fender guitar voice and with the active EQ it runs all the way from a Telecaster voice, to a Stratocaster voice all on one instrument! Additionally; the White guitar is fitted with a Roland hexaphonic pickup dedicated to MIDI issues, instrument, and ambience synthesis, and etc. ad-infin-item... The neck has the feel and shape of the Gibson guitar also.

I have provided more information about my Steinberger guitars and why I am selling them at this URL: https://jim19809.tripod.com/index.html.

I put the flourintine mandolin in the picture so that you could get an idea of how long the guitars are. The bearing points of the guitars "bridge to nut" length is 25.75 inches.
